Can Your Crawler-Type Mini Tiller Support Quick Tool Replacement?

Allianactor

While many crawler-type mini tillers on the market have received positive feedback from farmers for their performance, switching between functions like rotary tillage and ditching often requires disassembling the gearbox—a cumbersome process that typically can’t be done by one person alone.

This hassle is now a thing of the past. Our Allian Agri crawler-type mini tillers are equipped with a self-developed gearbox, refined through countless tests and improvements.

For rotary tillage, users simply shift the tool lever to the rotary tillage position and attach the rotary blade directly to the gearbox output shaft—no gearbox disassembly needed. After the soil is tilled and turned, just switch the lever to the ditching position, remove the rotary blade, and install the ditching blade to start ditching immediately. The entire process skips gearbox disassembly entirely, saving time and effort.

Additionally, our crawler-type mini tillers feature two speed settings (high and low) for rotary tillage, catering to diverse soil cultivation needs.
